The Leadership Behavior Ranking is based on the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), a leadership assessment tool developed by James Kouzes and Barry Posner based on extensive research.

It focuses on five exemplary leadership practices: 

1. Model the Way,

2. Inspire a Shared Vision,

3. Challenge the Process,

4. Enable Others to Act，and

5.  Encourage the Heart.

Through self-reflection and feedback from others, the LPI helps leaders understand their behavioural patterns, identify strengths and areas for growth, and enhance their influence and team performance.
